We are based in Los Angeles and all prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).


How do I know which size will fit me best?


The Size Guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size in Ref. Our silhouettes vary from slim-fitting to oversized, so each style will have different measurements. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer service team. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out.


What if I need to change or cancel my order?


Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need. We process orders super fast, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!


Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer service right away.


What’s the status of my order?


Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on “Track It” and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

My package is lost!


If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer service right away.


After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.




What does Final Sale mean?


All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to Customer service before placing your order.


Can I return Final Sale items?


All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. Once received at our facilities, any final sale return will automatically be shipped back to you. No exceptions will be made for sizing or fit. If you have questions, contact Customer service before placing your order.


What happens if I purchase a gift for someone that is “Final Sale”?


Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our “Final Sale” policy and can’t be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style.

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early you ensure that you get the style in the color and size you want, after all you might get one of a kind!


Domestic Shipping


How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?


We offer free ground shipping on orders within the U.S. of 150$ or more.

If your order is less than 150$ there is a cost of 6$ for shipment.


How fast is your shipping?


Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?


Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes yet. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.


Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?


Unfortunately we don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii yet.




What is your return policy?


We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted. All items will be reviewed for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping will be paid by the customer.

You have 28 days from the order ship date to get the return back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

Levante Breeze monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


What if my return is late?


All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received more than 28 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.


What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?


Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. Most of the time our pieces are unique and don´t come in other colors. In case you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.


When will I get my refund?


Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.


How do I return an order?


We suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.


We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Levante Breeze will not issue return credit.


Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Levante Breeze does not provide paid return shipping labels.

Garment Care


How do I care for my Levante Breeze items?


Each item is unique and may require different care. Attached to each garment is a care label that will provide you with care instructions to maintain the quality of your item.


Hand Wash


Fill a sink with cold water. Add a tablespoon of delicate soap. Place your item into the water and gently swirl it around for a few minutes. Drain and refill the sink with clean, cold water. Rinse your garment by swishing it around once more, and then gently press it to remove excess water. Be careful not to wring or twist, as this can distort its shape. Reshape the garment on a dry towel. Roll up the towel, pressing as you go, to help extract the water still left in the garment. Finally, reshape the garment, and lay it flat on a drying rack or on a fresh towel to air dry.


Wash Cold


Wash clothes in cold water, as opposed to warm or hot, and always wait until you have a full load. Scan the label and choose a plant-based detergent free of fragrance, optical brighteners, chlorine, and phosphates that are all bad for you and the environment. Hang or lay flat to dry.


Steaming & Ironing


A lot of fabrics can be steamed or ironed on a low setting, but we recommend you test a small area first. Use a dry iron on low for anything structured like a blazer or jacket—do not steam as it may affect the shape. If a fabric is shiny or has embellishments, do not iron.
